Shipping Information:

CaroHome.com offers free shipping on all orders over $125 excluding wholesale within the continental United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, via our shipping partners. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and internationally (except Canada). If you are an international customer please contact our customer support team.

Orders shipping to Canada are processed within 2-4 business days and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Our approximate delivery times are as follows for U.S. Orders:

  • Standard/Ground Shipping: Delivery time is 3-7 business days from order placement.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery time is 2-3 business days from order placement.
  • Priority/Overnight Shipping: Delivery time is 1-2 business days from order placement.

Orders must be received by 11am EST for expedited shipments to go out the same day.

Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number for your carrier. You can use this number to track your order's progress directly on the carrier's website.

Returns / Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with an item purchased online at CaroHome.com, you may return or exchange unused and unwashed items with all original tags attached within thirty (30) days of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@carohome.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive further instructions. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee
Returns that are not due to damage, defect, or an error on our part are subject to a flat $20 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This includes returns based on personal preference or expectations — such as color perception, change of mind, or the item not being the right fit for your space. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.

Shipping & Handling
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by Caro Home.

Exchanges
Exchanges are processed based on product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund (minus applicable fees) will be issued.

Gifts
Items received as gifts from CaroHome.com may be exchanged for another item or store credit within thirty (30) days of delivery, subject to availability. Restocking fees may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact Customer Service within five (5) days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Purchases Made Through Other Retailers
If you purchased a Caro Home product through another retailer — including Kohl's, HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, or any other third-party seller — returns, exchanges, and refunds must be handled directly with that retailer according to their policy. Caro Home is only able to assist with orders placed on CaroHome.com.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Final Sale & Exceptions
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Caro Home reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
