CARE & LONGEVITY

Wash separately before first use. 

Machine wash cold or warm only (86–104°F / 30–40°C) with a mild, enzyme-light detergent. 

Avoid fabric softener and dryer sheets, which can coat the fibers and reduce absorbency.
Some linting may occur during the first few washes—this is normal and will diminish over time. Portland towels are made to stay soft, absorbent, and dependable through daily use.

Our approximate delivery times are as follows for U.S. Orders:

  • FedEx Ground/Home Delivery: Delivery time is 3-7 business days from order placement.
  • FedEx 2Day: Delivery time is 2-3 business days from order placement.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight: Delivery time is 1-2 business days from order placement

 *Orders must be received by 11am EST for express shipments to go out the same day.

Returns / Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with any item(s) purchased online at CaroHome.com, you are welcome to return or exchange any unused and unwashed items with the tags still attached within thirty (30) days of delivery. Please contact customer service at customerservice@carohome.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and further instructions. You may be charged a small shipping and handling fee depending on the nature of your return. If you received an item as a gift from CaroHome.com, you may exchange it for another item within thirty (30) days of delivery.
