    • Avoid contact with skincare products to help minimize towel spotting or bleaching. Some lint may be observed in the first few launderings of towels, and will diminish with each subsequent laundering. This does not affect the look, feel or performance of your towels
    • Please follow the recommended care instructions on the label and keep the lint trap clean on your dryer

      CaroHome.com offers free shipping on all orders over $100 excluding wholesale within the continental United States.

      Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and are shipped via FedEx Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and internationally (except Canada). If you are an international customer please contact our customer support team.

      Orders shipping to Canada are processed within 2-4 business days and are shipped via FedEx Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

      Our approximate delivery times are as follows for U.S. Orders:

      • FedEx Ground/Home Delivery: Delivery time is 3-7 business days from order placement.
      • FedEx 2Day: Delivery time is 2-3 business days from order placement.
      • FedEx Standard Overnight: Delivery time is 1-2 business days from order placement

       *Orders must be received by 11am EST for express shipments to go out the same day.

       

      Tracking:

      Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with shipping details and a FedEx tracking number. You can quickly and easily track the progress of your shipped order. The link in the email should take you to your item's tracking page on the FedEx website. If clicking on the tracking number doesn't work automatically, then simply visit www.fedex.com and enter your number to track your order shipment.

      Returns / Exchanges
      If you are not satisfied with an item purchased online at CaroHome.com, you may return or exchange unused and unwashed items with all original tags attached within thirty (30) days of delivery.
      To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@carohome.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive further instructions. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
      Restocking Fee
      Returns that are not due to damage, defect, or an error on our part may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
      Shipping & Handling
      Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by Caro Home.
      Exchanges
      Exchanges are processed based on product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund (minus applicable fees) will be issued.
      Gifts
      Items received as gifts from CaroHome.com may be exchanged for another item or store credit within thirty (30) days of delivery, subject to availability. Restocking fees may apply.
      Damaged or Incorrect Items
      If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact Customer Service within five (5) days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
      Refund Processing
      Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
      Final Sale & Exceptions
      Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
      Caro Home reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
