    • Machine wash cold with like colors
    • Tumble dry low
    • Do NOT use BLEACH
    • Do not use softener or dryer sheets as they reduce absorbency
    • Avoid contact with skincare products to help minimize towel spotting or bleaching. Some lint may be observed in the first few launderings of towels, and will diminish with each subsequent laundering. This does not affect the look, feel or performance of your towels
    • Please follow the recommended care instructions on the label and keep the lint trap clean on your dryer

      CaroHome.com offers free shipping on all orders over $125 excluding wholesale within the continental United States.

      Orders shipping to Canada are processed within 2-4 business days and are shipped via FedEx Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

      Our approximate delivery times are as follows for U.S. Orders:

      • FedEx Ground/Home Delivery: Delivery time is 3-7 business days from order placement.
      • FedEx 2Day: Delivery time is 2-3 business days from order placement.
      • FedEx Standard Overnight: Delivery time is 1-2 business days from order placement

       *Orders must be received by 11am EST for express shipments to go out the same day.

      Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with shipping details and a FedEx tracking number. You can quickly and easily track the progress of your shipped order.       Returns / Exchanges
      If you are not satisfied with an item purchased online at CaroHome.com, you may return or exchange unused and unwashed items with all original tags attached within thirty (30) days of delivery.
      To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@carohome.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive further instructions. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

      Restocking Fee
      Returns that are not due to damage, defect, or an error on our part may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.

      Shipping & Handling
      Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by Caro Home.

      Exchanges
      Exchanges are processed based on product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund (minus applicable fees) will be issued.

      Gifts
      Items received as gifts from CaroHome.com may be exchanged for another item or store credit within thirty (30) days of delivery, subject to availability. Restocking fees may apply.

      Damaged or Incorrect Items
      If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact Customer Service within five (5) days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

      Refund Processing
      Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

      Final Sale & Exceptions
      Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

      Frayed after 1st wash

      "Love the look of the towel but the quality is no longer there. I bought one of these towels a few years ago and it is still in great shape. These frayed after the 1st wash and I had to cut off several loose strings. I am in discussion with the CARO rep and hopefully they will do the right thing. They said they would be getting back with me. It seems to be made differently now, different feeling to the towel."

      Parsnip towels

      "I was given a white with gray lines going thru it for Christmas which was purchased at the Home store, the towel was great, It absorbed beautifully and dried quickly. I loved it but couldn’t find any more. so I ordered from Carol to see if I could get more. I ordered what I thought was the white one with gray stripes it turned out to be a light gray one with gray stripes. It doesn’t absorb like the other one dead and it doesn’t dry as quickly so it’s good but that original one was great."
