CAROLINA’S MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND

What are your plans for Memorial Day Weekend?  Follow along for Carolina’s favorite Hampton’s hotspots for kicking off the summer season.

STAY:  When we go out East (as the New Yorker’s say) we like to stay in Sag Harbor.  It’s such a charming little town with amazing food, fantastic local art, and beautiful beaches.

EAT:  My whole family loves Pierre’s in Bridgehampton.  Whether we are going for brunch, lunch or dinner, the food is delicious (and I always end the meal with one of their lattes!)  My kids love to have ice cream next door.

TAKE OUT:  Because sometimes you don’t want to cook, and you don’t want to waste the day sitting in a restaurant… my go to place is Harbor Market & Kitchen, but there are plenty of great options for people in the take out mindset.

DO:  Growing up in Argentina, going to the beach is a part of life.  We try to get to the beach as often as possible.  Our favorite beach in the U.S. is Gibson Beach in Bridgehampton.

Sunset Fridays & Saturdays at the Wine Stand, Wölffer Estate.

Go with your kids.  It is a great place for them to run and play – and for you to listen to music and have a glass of wine!

SEE:  We always look into the exhibits at the Parrish Art Museum.  It's filled with inspiring art from around the world.
